Minutes for October 4, 2006
Meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. with membership present.
Secretary report: no report
Treasurer report: November CD will mature and we will discuss the renewal rates at the November meeting.
Old Business
Membership drive letters were discussed.
Game table raffle and drawing – it was decided to sell at the last 3 football games and the table will be moved to the Philo bank.
Welcome letters were received by the district teachers and were greatly appreciated.
Suggest was made to add the foundation goals and objectives on the web site so teachers can see by-laws as they fill out the grant applications.
New Business
The revised grant application is completed and is on our web site.
Auction update – Marilyn Minneman Jr High Representative
Lisa Fink new parent representative
Brooke Didier made the motion to hold the Silent Auction on March 10, 2007 at the
Clint Fairow second the motion. Motion carried.
