Mr. Andrew Larson - Superintendent

As the new school year begins, together we will travel another mile in our journey we call life. For most of our students, it is a continuation; for others, a start; for the rest, the last distance in a K-12 career. We are traveling not just on a road but we have a vehicle that carries our aspirations and goals to the next level. We ARE the “ROCKETS.”

Welcome to Unity CUSD #7, where the people are caring and devoted to the educational development of your child(ren). Enjoy the vast opportunities that this district has to offer. I am excited to be a part of a dedicated group of educators and look forward to seeing the development of each and every student. Your children are a priority for us and are the reason this institution exists. As the trees and flowers due annually, our goal is that your children grow and blossom under the nurturing care of our teachers, administrators and our academic support personnel.

We may ask what is in this school year for us? I believe that it is nothing less than what we make of the opportunities we are afforded. As a community, we work together for the goals, mission and vision of the Unity School District. A students thirst for knowledge should be unquenchable, our vow of community spirit, always lived, and our zeal to compete at the highest level ever burning.

This is my first school year with Unit #7, and I am excited about the direction of the district. I trust that our ideals, sportsmanship, academic performance and athletic opportunities will continue to provide our students with a well-rounded education which will be sustained beyond the walls of the classroom; and that every “Rocket” be true to the name. To everything that this school district stands for, I hope that your school year is a great one.
