Purpose: To quickly create a
PowerPoint presentation.

1.

After
entering the program, the PowerPoint
dialog box will appear as shown below. Click in the circle beside
AutoContent Wizard
and then click OK.

The
Office Assistant asks if you need help with feature. Click No. In the AutoContent Wizard dialog box,
click Next.

|
Select
the type of presentation that fits your needs. If none seem
right, try Generic.
Click Next.
|
|

4.
|
Click
beside On-screen presentations
and then click Next.
|
|

5.
|
Type
in your Presentation title and
click Finish.
|
|

|
6.
|
The
outline of your presentation with suggestions of what to discuss will
now appear. Remember you can change the view of this window by
clicking on the buttons at the bottom of the screen. See the
