Inserting Clip Art
Purpose:  To add pictures to your presentation.
1.
If you have chosen a slide layout with the man, then you are ready to just double click on the man for the Clip Art Gallery.  If your slide does not have this, you can click Insert on the top toolbar, then Picture and then Clip Art.

The Insert ClipArt box will appear.  Type in the Search for clips what you are looking for and then strike the Enter key on your keyboard.

Click on the clip you want with the right mouse button and a menu will appear.  Click Insert and then it will be part of your presentation.

As you can see below, the clip art may not appear where you want it.  However, you can move it by clicking and dragging it to the where you would like it.  The dotted line will show where you are placing it.

Once you release the mouse button the image will appear where you have indicated.  To resize the object, click here for more instructions.  To use just part of the picture, click here for more instructions.  To change the colors of the graphic, click here for more instructions.
