Cropping a Picture

Purpose:  You have a picture you would like to use, but you don't want the entire picture, so you can crop the graphic.

1. Click on the picture you want to crop and the picture toolbar will appear.  It is circled below. 2. Choose the crop tool which is circled below.  Place the crop tool square nearest the area you want to cut off of the picture.  3. Click and drag.  A dotted line will show what will remain of the picture once you release the mouse button. 4. Release the mouse button and the picture will now be cropped.  Remember if you can always restore the graphic by clicking the Undo button on the top toolbar.
