Resizing a Picture
Purpose:  To make graphics smaller or larger without losing proportion.
1.
Click on the picture you want to resize.  Eight small squares will appear around it.

2.
Move the cursor over one of the squares on a corner of the picture.  It will change to a two-headed arrow that is diagonal.  Click with the left mouse button and drag to resize the object.  You will see a dotted line that indicates the new size.

3.
Release the mouse and the picture will now be the new size.
