Adding Graphic to Labels

Purpose:
To place a graphic on labels you use.  For example, you want to send out letters and will use labels with a graphic.

1.   You have inserted a graphic into your document and it is highlighted.

2.   Click on Insert, then AutoText, and then New.

The Create AutoText window will appear. Type in the text you want to replaced by the graphic, for example, "rocket" in the box. Click OK.

3.   Click on Tools and then Envelopes and Labels.

4.   Choose the Labels tab. In the Address window first type the AutoText entry (in the example "rocket") and then return address.

5.   Place the cursor right behind the AutoText entry. Hit the F3 key and the graphic will appear.
