2025 ASPHALT MAINTENANCE

CUSD #7 (Tolono) is receiving bids for the Summer of 2025 ASPHALT MAINTENANCE at various locations.

Bids are due Monday, March 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids are to be submitted to: CUSD #7 (Tolono) Attention: Dr. Brian Brink, 1121 CR 800N, Tolono, Illinois 61880. Bids must be clearly marked: Bid - Tolono- CUSD #7 Asphalt Repair and Reseal. The bid opening will take place in the offices of CUSD #7 at 10 a.m. on March 3, 2025. Bid specifications are available in the Office of the Superintendent, 1121 County Road 800 N, Tolono, IL, 61880. Bid specifications may also be obtained by calling Deanna Wheeler, District Bookkeeper, at (217) 485-6510. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept bids in whole or in part and/or to waive any irregularities or defects in the proposal, when, in its opinion, such action will serve the best interests of the Board of Education of CUSD #7 (Tolono).

REQUEST FOR BIDS/PROPOSALS FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Unity Community Unit School District No. 7 (which, throughout this document is sometimes also referred to as “District” or “the Board of Education” or “the Board” any or all of which refer to the same entity) is seeking bids for student transportation services. Bid specifications are available in the Office of the Superintendent, 1121 County Road 800 N, Tolono, IL, 61880. Bid specifications may also be obtained by calling Deanna Wheeler, District Bookkeeper, at (217) 485-6510. The term of the proposed transportation contract shall be five (5) years, commencing on July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2030 (2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, and 2029-2030 school years).

Sealed bids shall be delivered to Brian Brink in the Office of the Superintendent, 1121 County Road 800 N, Tolono, IL, 61880 and will be accepted until 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025, after which time no bids will be accepted. Qualified bids received by the deadline listed above will be opened and publicly read at the district offices at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025. No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
